The diplomat  noted that Russia intends to continue working in the format of the  OSCE Minsk Group, and believes that the Karabakh issue can be  resolved exclusively by peaceful means, based on the consent of the  two parties.

Azerbaijan intends to replace part of the Armed Forces units on the border with Armenia by border guards.According to http://www.contact.az, by order of  Supreme Commander AR President Ilham Aliyev, the border troops will  occupy posts and military installations on the border with Armenia in  Gazakh and Agstafa regions.
